Entering through the front gable, you’ll discover a beautiful, hand-painted kitchen containing all the necessities, including an integrated dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, and double oven.
Breathtaking Scenery
The adjacent orangery is another new addition, designed to make the most of the rolling country views. It overlooks the walled kitchen garden too, which has raised flower beds containing herbs and medicinal plants.
A Personal Haven
The cosy living room is a plush haven where you can unwind after a day of activities, and there’s a separate, quiet study just down the hall. Upstairs, each of the bright bedrooms has country views, an original feature fireplace, and its own ensuite shower or bathroom.

The cottage sits on a quiet country lane, directly opposite the priest walk to Broughton Hall. With an exciting, large-scale nature recovery programme and over 3,000 acres of woodland, moors and wildflower meadows, Broughton Sanctuary is the perfect natural playground to discover whilst you’re here.
We invite all our guests to complement their stay with an immersion in nature. Why not try forest bathing, wild swimming or woodland dining for an experience like no other? You can also visit our state-of-the-art Wellbeing Centre, Avalon. Here you’ll find both outdoor and indoor swimming pools and saunas, a fire temple, meditation pod, personal training studio and regular events such as yoga classes and sound baths.
